PARTICIPATE TO SAET IN ALL SAFETY AND SERENITY
Our goal: to open our exhibitions in the best safety conditions and to allow you to meet in the strictest respect of the health measures recommended by the government.
All of the measures below may be subject to change according to the recommendations of the Public Authorities and the Government.
MANDATORY HEALTH PASS
Today, the health pass is mandatory to access events gathering over 50 visitors.
It consists of the presentation, digital (via the TousAntiCovid application) or paper, of one the three following proofs of:
1. vaccination, provided that people have a complete vaccination schedule, i.e.:
– 7 days after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
– 28 days after the injection for single injection vaccines (Johnson & Johnson) ;
– 7 days after the injection for vaccines in people with a history of Covid (single injection).
2. a PCR test less than 72 hours old
3. an antigenic test less than 72 hours old,
4. an autotest less than 72 hours old
WEARING A MASK IS MANDATORY
On all our exhibitions, wearing a mask on the mouth and nose is compulsory for all participants(visitors, exhibitors, service providers, organisation …).
USE HYDRO-ALCOHOLIC GEL
You will find many dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel on the exhibition. In addition, the sanitary facilities in the hall will be available for you to wash your hands regularly.
RESPECT SOCIAL DISTANCING
Traffic direction will be set up with visible markings on the ground. We ask you to respect it. We also ask you to respect social distancing, avoid handshakes and hugs.
CLEANING MEASURES ARE REINFORCED
Thorough disinfection of contact points by the cleaning team will be in effect throughout the exhibition. In addition, please note that the so-called “sensitive” contact points will be disinfected on a regular basis in order to guarantee better safety. You will also find specific bins at the exhibition to dispose of your mask when you change it.
COMMUNICATION AND SAFETY RULES
During the event, microphones and signs will remind you of the sanitary measures and shielding gestures to be respected during the entire duration of the exhibition.
The safety of our employees, partners, exhibitors, top decision-makers and visitors is our absolute priority.
MANAGEMENT OF PEOPLE WITH COVID SYMPTOMS
A medical unit will be present throughout the event. People suspected of having COVID-19 will be isolated and taken care of by the appropriate health services.
Everything is done to allow you to enjoy the event in optimal safety conditions.
All our sanitary measures are enacted according to the governmental information and l’Union Française des Métiers de l’Événement (UNIMEV).
These will be regularly checked and updated according to Government and prefectural directives.
